Long-established, leading law firm are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their reputable property team based in Kendal.

About the Role

As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of Commercial Property matters that may include:

• Landlord and Tenant matters


• Freehold Sales and Purchases


• Property Development and Associated Agreements


• Funding


• Pension Fund Transactions


• Agricultural/Rural Land


• Title Investigation and Rectification

This role offers an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive team and contribute to the success of the Commercial Property department within a traditional legal practice.

About You

The successful candidate will ideally have 5+ years' PQE, previous experience in unregistered titles, leaseholds, and transfers of part, is confident in their own ability and has excellent client care skills.
