Key Areas of Work:

Acting for core clients of the firm, including landlords, occupiers, developers, and public sector clients you would be involved in a wide range of property litigation work including :

🔹 Lease renewals and terminations
🔹 Break notices and conditions
🔹 Enforcement of leases and dilapidations claims
🔹 Service charge disputes and arrears recovery
🔹 Tenant insolvency advice
🔹 Forfeiture and possession proceedings
🔹 Restrictive covenant and easement disputes
