We're partnering with an award-winning luxury hotel to find an exceptional Sous Chef for their signature restaurant - recently named among London's most exciting culinary destinations.
The Restaurant:
• Michelin-trained brigade focusing on hyper-seasonal British produce
• Awarded 'One to Watch' at National Awards
• Tuesday-Saturday schedule (no Sundays/Mondays)
• Expected £6-7K annual service charge on top of £40-45K base salary
The Ideal Sous Chef:
• 2+ years' experience in Michelin or AA Rosette kitchens
• Proven track record leading sections in fine dining environments
• Obsessed with seasonal British ingredients and elegant flavour pairing
• Natural leader who mentors junior chefs while maintaining standards
• Food safety certified (intermediate minimum)
