I’m currently working with a luxury hotel in St.

Lucia s who are looking for a highly experienced Executive Pastry Chef to join their team who're in search of a Forbes 5 star rating.

The Executive Pastry Chef is responsible for overseeing the entire Pastry Department, which includes banquets & up to 28 venues within the hotel.

This is a leadership department head level position.

The Executive Pastry Chef demonstrates strong leadership qualities with high attention to detail in elevating and sustaining a competitive edge.

The Ideal Candidate:

• A wealth of knowledge of all pastry aspects; from breads, ice creams, chocolate & sugar work, sculptures, buffetdesserts & plated desserts
• Modern pastry skills
• Luxury experience
• Previous experience as a Head or Executive Pastry Chef for minimum 5 years
• Holds a recognised qualification in culinary education or pastry
• A creator and innovator
• Motivated leader & developer of talent
