What you'll be doing:

• Planned + reactive maintenance (electrical bias)


• Fault finding, diagnostics, upgrades, new equipment installation


• Leading technical improvements on shift


• Hands-on across a broad range of food machinery

What you'll need:

• Maintenance experience in FMCG, food, or fast-paced manufacturing


• Electrical/mechanical skill set


• Clear communication in a loud, safety-first space


• Commutable to Lincoln
