The Role

You will oversee the strategic direction and daily operations of the Inn’s award-winning wine program, ensuring it meets the highest standards of excellence through thoughtful curation, cellar management, and collaboration with the culinary team on elevated pairings.

Provide leadership to the sommelier team, deliver refined tableside service, manage vendor relationships and wine program financials, and lead ongoing staff education and guest-focused wine experiences.

What they are looking for:

• Certified Sommelier, with advanced credentials
• Extensive knowledge of global wine regions, producers, and industry trends
• Proven track record in wine leadership roles within luxury or fine-dining settings; Michelin, Forbes 5-Star
• Skilled in managing wine procurement, inventory, and cost controls while maintaining a world-class cellar
• Strong leadership, team development, and guest service skills
