The role:


You will join a dynamic property litigation team, advising a diverse range of clients on complex and high-value contentious property matters.

Your work will include landlord and tenant disputes such as 1954 Act renewals and dilapidations, telecoms site access issues, and general real estate disputes including rights of way and title challenges.


Working closely with the firm's transactional real estate specialists, you will manage your own caseload, provide practical and commercial advice, and contribute to delivering exceptional client service across sectors such as retail, infrastructure, energy, and public bodies.



Key responsibilities:



  • Handling a broad caseload of commercial property litigation matters

  • Advising clients on risk and strategy, often as part of a wider transactional or project team

  • Drafting and negotiating legal documentation

  • Supporting more senior team members on complex matters

  • Managing client relationships and delivering practical, commercial advice

  • Involvement in business development and team growth activities



About you?


The ideal candidate will be ambitious and detail orientated.

You will have:



  • You're a qualified solicitor in England & Wales with at least 2 years PQE experience in property litigation

  • Able to manage your own caseload confidently and efficiently

  • Seeking a varied and specialist caseload that challenges and develops your skills
