About the venue:

About you:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a General Manager or above
• Strong background in upmarket restaurants, gastropubs, or bars
• Passionate about guest experience and team development
• Proven track record in high-turnover operations
• Great with guest recognition and maintaining exceptional standards (think 5-star reviews on TripAdvisor!)
