Retail Manager – New York City – Up to $95k

I’m currently working with a prestigious private athletic club in New York that’s seeking an experienced Retail Manager to join their team.

In this role, you’ll oversee all aspects of retail operations across two on-site shops as well as the club’s online store.

You’ll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, driving sales and profitability, managing inventory, and leading a team of retail associates to achieve performance targets and support the club’s overall goals.

What they are looking for:

• Experience in retail management, preferably in a luxury or hospitality setting.
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms
• Proven track record of driving sales, managing inventory, and achieving performance targets.
• Strong leadership and team development skills, with experience supervising and motivating retail staff.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities, with a polished, member-focused approach.
• Comfortable with POS systems, with solid organizational and multitasking skills.
