Job Title: Executive Chef
Salary: €80,000 gross per annum

This a VERY exciting opportunity to be part of a hotel pre-opening in Mallorca!

This Luxury boutique property will offer an immersive, high-end experience rooted in outdoor living, elegant design, and refined service.

The concept blends relaxed rural charm with international flair.

The restaurant will be open to the public and serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

It will showcase bold, ingredient-driven cuisine in collaboration with a highly skilled Executive Chef.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement F&B service concepts, SOPs, and operational strategies.
• Set up the wine programme and build a wine cellar from scratch.
• Coordinate with the Executive Chef on menus, hiring, and kitchen collaboration.
• Select suppliers, design service flows, and plan guest experience touchpoints.
• Deliver authentic, high-touch service rooted in warmth and excellence.
• Engage confidently with guests, especially around wine and dining.
• Lead by example—hands-on presence, no ego, and passion for hospitality.
• Recruit, train, and inspire the opening F&B team.
• Support talent development and create a positive, collaborative environment.
• Manage daily F&B operations, budgets, and cost controls.
• Ensure alignment with the property’s overall vision and guest expectations.

Ideal Profile

• Proven experience in luxury hospitality and pre-opening environments.
• Strong passion for wine—able to lead cellar development and guest education.
• Comfortable in guest-facing, interactive settings.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Creative, grounded, and motivated by meaningful projects.
• A team player with humility and the ability to bring ideas to life.
• Willingness to live and work in a rural location.
• Open to couples—a Chef & F&B Manager pair would be ideal.
