
Sous Chef - Monday to Friday
Sous Chef – $75,000 to $80,000 – New York, NY (Mon–Fri Schedule)
We’re hiring a Sous Chef for a prestigious foundation in New York City.
This role is perfect for a culinary professional who thrives in a creative, scratch-cooking environment and wants the freedom to bring fresh ideas to the table.
The Sous Chef will support the Executive Chef, help lead the kitchen team, and ensure exceptional quality and presentation across daily service and catering.
Sous Chef Requirements:
- Proven progressive kitchen management experience
- Background in high-volume, complex foodservice operations (catering a plus)
- Knowledge of current food and catering trends with a focus on creativity, cost control, and quality
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with a hands-on approach
- ServSafe certification highly desirable
Benefits:
- Salary Package: $75,000 to $80,000
- Monday–Friday schedule, 7am–3pm (great work-life balance!)
