Job Title: Financial Controller

Department: Finance/Accounting
Salary: $115,000–$125,000 + Bonus (TBC)
Location: North Carolina (Relocation Required)

We’re searching for a high-caliber Financial Controller with proven resort or hotel experience to join a leading luxury hospitality group based in North Carolina.

You’ll need to bring:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 4+ years hands-on experience in resort or hotel financial leadership roles (must-have)
• Familiarity with Sage and Versa (preferred)
• Strong leadership and reporting skills
• Willingness to relocate to North Carolina and be a key part of the on-site team
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented approach.
