We are partnering with a prestigious Michelin-starred hospitality group in San Francisco that is renowned for its innovative, high-quality dining experiences.
They are seeking an accomplished Chef de Cuisine to lead one of their signature restaurant kitchens.

The Role
The Chef de Cuisine will oversee all aspects of the kitchen, ensuring exceptional quality, presentation, and consistency across all dishes.
This role is responsible for menu development, staff leadership, training, and maintaining operational and food safety standards.
The ideal candidate is a highly skilled, hands-on culinary professional with experience in fine dining, a strong creative vision, and the ability to inspire a team of talented chefs.
What They Are Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine, Executive Chef, or similar role in a Michelin-starred or fine dining restaurant
- Exceptional culinary skills, with expertise in menu development, plating, and maintaining high standards of quality
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities to manage, train, and develop kitchen staff
- Deep knowledge of food safety, inventory, and cost management
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Passion for innovation, creativity, and delivering world-class guest experiences
