About the position

• Managing the profitability of the hotel along with hitting targets
• Recruit and develop a fantastic team
• Train the team to deliver a top class guest service experience
• Oversee the day to day running of the hotel
• Manage & lead a team effectively
• Deliver achievable hotel budgets along with a long-term strategic plan

The successful candidate

• Experience in hotels a must
• Room management experience
• Have financial acumen
• Excellent leadership skills
• Exceptional communication skills and a hands-on operational approach
