The Marketing Manager Role:

We are looking for a Marketing Manager who wants to join the business in their growth phase - with 2 sites earmarked and due to open in 2027, exciting times.

This role will be incredibly hands-on and will require a committed, roll your sleeves-up Marketing candidate who has experience in food, , entertainment, the concept is very cool, quirky and on trend.

Initially this will be a stand-alone role and will see you be accountable for developing and leading the brand projects and retail promotional activity calendar, seeing ideas through from concept generation to implementation.

You will excel in social and digital platform and have engaged PR agency.

Who will you be?

• Experienced Marketing Manager/ Head of Marketing – comfortable in a standalone role with the capability to not only create but implement
• Experience in Restaurants and Leisure is essential
• Someone who has worked in a startup culture
• Full budget accountability and management
• Digital and social experience
• Experience in managing and engaging PR agencies
