Specific Requirements:
Direct responsibility for Sales, Profit and Loss for the Region. Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Area Managers (AM's) and Territory Managers (TM's) of the Region. Responsible for goal setting and monitoring activity of AM's and TM's. Interacts with Business Development, Technical Service, CMG, Marketing and Administration to facilitate sales and growth in the Region. Makes direct sales calls with other sales personnel on large impact jobs. Trains, monitors and motivates the AM's, TM's and Project Engineers. Responsible for the recruitment of AM's and TM's. Submits detailed reports to VP - Sales on sales projections, impact projects, repairs and other liabilities.
Responsible for submitting hiring needs and growth projections for the Region. Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of Sales Force Automation. Demonstrates the ability to Lead and Organize a Team. ESSENTIAL TASKS

Plans, implements, manages, and maintains comprehensive environmental safety & health programs on premises or at project site locations. Collaborates with management to develop an Emergency Action Plan and serve as primary contact for project site injury and incident notification, investigation, and case management.
Maintains a written log of safety inspection activities, reports, and correspondence. Guarantees that all work is performed in accordance with approved manuals, internal policies and procedures, contract documents, and good engineering practices. Provides technical support to project managers. Develops and maintains project cost/change controls, and project budget and accounting records. Coordinates and monitors schedule updates, invoices, and submittals. Reports the status of projects to business and market leaders. This job requires minimum of 10 years of experience and/or knowledge in the following areas:

The Role:
As a Maintenance Assistant / Administrator, you will report directly to the Head of Field Service and provide day-to-day support for the expanding quarry and mining fleet.
Responsibilities:
* Manage repair and service job records for fleet machinery.
* Coordinate parts procurement and raise purchase orders.
* Arrange engineer call outs as necessary.
* Record machine defects and ensure regulatory compliance.
* Assist with various administrative tasks for the assets and maintenance department.
Requirements:
* Previous experience working in a similar role.
* Prior experience in data entry / administration.
* Background in quarrying or construction sector or experience in breakdowns, dispatches, or call-outs across sectors.
* Skilled in IT especially in Excel.
* Familiarity with asset database systems, ideally Syrinx would be preferred.
* Strong communication skills for liaising with stakeholders

The Role
Plan, manage and develop your product groups range of products for the UK market, managing them through the product lifecycle.lifecycle
Create and maintain application and cross reference databases for aftermarket products through research and compilation of data.
