Ensure effective referrals to services and facilities and communicate with offender management staff, interventions staff, service providers and external agencies to review progress and associated risks.

To undertake prison, or alternate location visits as required in accordance with service procedures and policies.

To keywork clients and to conduct pre-placement meetings with prisoners.
To provide advice, support and oversight to residential workers working with clients.

To attend MAPPA Level 2 and 3 meetings as required.
This will be for prospective referrals and current clients.
To deputise for the manager at MAPPA meetings and to cascade information to residential workers and lead on managing risk.
