Tremco is currently searching for a Commercial Roofing Advisor in our Roofing and Building Maintenance Division. The Commercial Roofing Advisor is responsible for supporting the efforts of the Sales Representative in your area. This work includes but is not limited to: Preparing and/or distributing marketing materials Inspection and evaluation of the property preparing roof drawings and sketches preparing scope of work documents preparing proposals attending sales calls pricing patch and repair jobs providing technical expertise attending meetings with the architect, contractor, and/or owner Inspections Monitoring Installations Trouble shooting problems arising during installation and during the lifecycle of the roof conducting diagnostic infrared scans of roofs preparing CADD drawings
Qualifications:
Three to five years of related hands-on experience requiredPrior sales and/or customer related experience in roofing industry required
The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $55,000 and $70,000.
This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
