You will be working on a range of commercial and residential property work acting for a range of clients from local businesses to SME's.
Although our client has suggested that they would prefer a candidate with experience in both residential and commercial property they have said that candidates with more experience in one of these fields than the other will also be considered as they are happy to help develop the less experienced side for the right candidate.
The successful candidate will join a supportive team who aim to provide the best client service possible. Our client is looking for someone who is not afraid to get stuck into the development and marketing of the business.
Although our client has suggested that any candidates with knowledge of the local market is a bonus and they are keen to see CVs from any strong property solicitors with a desire to progress in their chosen field. Our client envisages that the candidate best suited to this role will have at least 2 years PQE however this level of PQE has however been given as a guide and candidates who fall outside of this range but who possess the relevant skills/knowledge will still be considered by our client.
