What Youll Do:
- Handle a litigated caseload of credit hire and vehicle damage claims.
- Conduct litigation proceedings, including drafting pleadings, preparing witness statements, and attending court.

- Conduct legal research and remain up-to-date on relevant legislation.
- Maintain accurate case records and provide exceptional client service.
About You:
- Proven experience managing a litigated credit hire caseload.

Are you an experienced Family Solicitor looking for your next opportunity? A leading firm in the centre of Chester are looking for a new addition as a result of their continued growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Handling a broad range of matters, including child law, child arrangement orders, parental responsibility and child maintenance.
- Expertise in Inheritance Tax (IHT) and succession planning.
- Experience in other areas of private law is highly desirable.
- Provide professional and compassionate legal advice to our clients in a high street setting.
Ideally you will be at least 3 years PQE with a solid background in family & child law. You will be self-sufficient, approachable and client-focused with a pro-active approach to your work.
