About the Role: As a Reablement Support Assistant, you'll deliver tailored care and support in line with each service user's personal care plan.

You'll play an important role in building strong relationships with local partners and community groups to enhance the well-being of those in your care.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide personalized care and support to service users in their homes and communities.
Promote independence, choice, and control, while supporting individuals to engage with their community.
Administer medication in line with prescribed guidelines and service policies.
Keep accurate records of care provided, including financial transactions related to service user activities.
Support service users in managing their own finances where appropriate.
Assist with personal care tasks, such as washing, dressing, and mobility.
Ensure a safe environment, responding to emergencies in accordance with health and safety policies.
What We're Looking For:
NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (essential).
Full UK Driver's License and access to a car (essential) as travel across the borough is required.
Experience in providing care, either in a paid or voluntary role.
A flexible approach to working hours, including the ability to work evenings and weekends.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to converse at ease with members of the public and provide advice in clear, accurate English.
Special Conditions: This post is subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.

As a Mobile Enforcement Officer, you will patrol the area on a moped, enforcing and advising on Parking Restrictions.
This is an important part of keeping our roads moving and ensuring public safety.
CBT License is preferred, but a willingness to ride a moped is required.

- You will have excellent customer care skills.
Being able to speak to people in a friendly but effective way is a very important part of the role!
- You will patrol public streets and council car parks on a company moped or in a car to issue Penalty Charge Notices.
- You will guide the public on rules and advise about parking provisions.
- You will report any defects to street furniture, such as signs and road markings.

Proficiency in German and English is essential; additional European language skills are advantageous.

We are looking for a Hospital Social Worker to join an experienced team of practitioners.
This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 2 years of post qualified experience
About the team
The fast-paced team works to independently undertake cases to facilitate safe discharges in a timely manner.
In this role, assessing risk factors will be important to then follow and create care plans/ packages (Care act 2014) for the patients to be discharged, and making sure this is done at the right time.
Effective communication with doctors and nurses will be important to obtain this.
You will receive lots of support from the management team whenever it is needed.
About you
A degree within Social Work (Degree, DipSW, CQSW) with a minimum of 2 years' experience is required to be deemed suitable for this role.
Experience in working with children and adults is important to be able to build a rapport with the patient.
Ability to help them express their needs and make informed decisions and contribute to service planning lends well to this role.
