Mentorship & Support: Offering guidance and supervision to less experienced social workers and social work students within the team.
Requirements:
Holds an approved social work qualification and is registered with Social Work England (SWE).
Has significant experience in children's services, particularly in PLO and adoption work.
Demonstrates strong knowledge of current legislation and social work practices relating to children in care.
Enhanced DBS.

MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE:
To dismantle and reassemble damaged vehicles in accordance with the repair estimate whilst following, and checking the methods and procedures as issued on every job.

MAIN TASKS

Advise the Bodyshop Team Leader of any additional work identified when working on a vehicle.
Check that all parts are ordered as per estimate, to ensure that the repair can be completed without delay, returning all unused parts to the parts department for credit.
To be aware of and adhere to all the Housekeeping and Health and Safety regulations and policies applicable to your position and working environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Qualifications required for an MET Strip Fitter / MET Technician: , Will have served a recognised apprenticeship as a MET Strip Fitter / MET Technician and gained a technical qualification (such as NVQ / ATA /IMI/ SVQ) , Must have previous experience working as a MET Technician / MET Strip Fitter within a busy body shop and be a strong team player with a self-motivation to earn bonus hours.

We have Combined Installation Merchandiser opportunities where you will be working on New Stores, Refits, Range Reviews and Store Support Projects.
The Role
A typical week consists of 4-5 shifts Sunday to Thursday
A current and valid CSCS card is a must, additional certifications such as SIERS/IPAF & SMSTS would be ideal but not essential.
You will need to have experience in the Installation industry.
Implementing all elements of racking and shelving installations and merchandising to plan
You will be required to carry out the following:
Checking equipment deliveries
Transporting equipment from store warehouse yard using pallet trucks
Dismantling and erection of racking inline with store plans and phasing
Fixing racking to floor & walls using power tools
Palletising and banding of equipment ready for collection
Removal of stock from fixtures and re-merchandising to plan
Stock replenishment
Carry out health and safety checks.
Shift lengths are generally 12 hours, days and nights (predominately nights).
Access to available assignments will be on your smartphone via our Field Power platform where you can set your availability and accept shifts.
You will be required to clock in and out using your smart phone via our RAS Dashboard.
Work will be carried out on different retail customer sites / stores and travel will vary on a shift-by-shift basis.
Travelling will be involved when local work is not available.
Accommodation will be provided when required to stay away.
Desirable Qualities:
Able to make decisions and prioritise.
Previous experience in Retail & Merchandising.
Methodical approach and keen attention to detail.
Manual handling and heavy lifting will be involved.
Comfortable working at height.
Problem solving and a ‘can do' attitude.
