The International Regulatory Specialist is responsible for providing regulatory support to Rust-Oleum's international business.
The international business encompasses the entire range of our company's products, including paints, coatings, and cleaners. This position involves reviewing chemicals, product formulations, and labels to ensure global compliance.
In addition, this position serves as Rust-Oleum's lead for chemical registrations for import into various countries.
Responsibilities include communicating with sales teams, suppliers, and consultants, completion and maintenance of chemical registrations, and proactively staying informed about and implementing emerging regulations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide global compliance support to sales teams in multiple regions such as Asia, Australia, New Zealand, Latin/Central America, Middle East, and Africa Support new product launches by reviewing chemical/supplier information for global compliance and authoring compliant Safety Data Sheets using Product Vision software and provide label requirements Review existing product lines for global compliance Work with suppliers to register chemicals to allow company's products to enter new marketplaces Renew/maintain and complete periodic reporting for existing registrations Track global regulations that will impact Rust-Oleum's products Classify products for transportation according to DOT, IMDG, and IATA regulation
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Provides an on-going sales support, training and development to contractors. Function as a direct line of contact to the contractors & distributors, in the designated area, to ensure a consistent working relationship with the existing contractor base, keeping them informed and trained on Rust-Oleum's product line, new products introduced and where to buy. Develops new contractors in the area by training on product systems and their usage. Develops and grows distributor relationships to sell the Rust-Oleum Roof Coatings program. Travel within the assigned territory and complete expense reports on a timely basis.
Required Skills:

Specifically, regarding recovery plans for off-specification, obsolete, and problem finished goods. Monitors the consistency of production using SQC, SPC, or other appropriate techniques. Strong communicator with top-notch presentation skills who can develop and provide training to production personnel on matters concerning formulation, materials handling, processing, and quality procedures. Follow all environmental rules and regulations to ensure hazardous materials and waste are managed in an environmentally responsible manner. Leadership role in effort to recertify and reclaim Non-Conforming material.
Works in coordination with QC and R&D to isolate, test and recertify Non-Conforming material that can be repackaged and sold. Observing production processes, conducting research, and finding ways to increase efficiency and quality. Navis Consulting are partnered with a commercial boat company in London to find their next Marine Engineer.
Role Purpose: Full responsibility and accountability for the maintenance of all vessels and supporting systems.
To maintain, improve and keep all vessels on the water in full operation throughout changeable seasons. You will be expected to take an active interest in the success of the company, implement positive change within the maintenance schedule and ensure standards are continually sustained. The Engineer will ensure all boats are ready for service as per company demands, whilst maintaining excellent onboard standards and 1st class car e of assets.
Responsibilities:
Lead and delegate workloads, deadlines and expectations to Fleet Support Team.
Boats kept clean and tidy at all times, throughout the year.
Engine servicing, fuel filters, gear oil changes, filing service reports, checking props and hubs.
Test all engines, gears, controls and parts, props not damaged.
Short notice maintenance, tube/hull repairs to ensure vessels are kept in service.
Nurture relationships with suppliers, engineers, mechanics, fabricators and contractors.
Source and stock all essential spares, parts, tools required for emergency repairs.
Competent boat handling, RYA Advanced Powerboat preferred, for fleet logistics.
Experience required:
Experienced mechanically biased marine engineering background ideally working with small boats
Has experience of working in the tourism industry, or has a leisure background within a customer interfacing role.
Knowledge of ‘attraction and experience' industry, interest in London and entertainments industry ideal.
Can think commercially, appreciate broader goals and has a record of driving individual projects to completion.
