In this role as a Fire & Security Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of fire alarm systems, security systems, and associated equipment.
You will be responsible for:
* Install, configure, and troubleshoot CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.

You will be a Quantity Surveyor who is MRICS qualified.

You should have good analytical skills and be able to manage QS tasks through to completion.

The role:
With support from an expert Partner and other experienced Solicitors, you will manage a busy caseload of clinical negligence files from taking new instructions through to trial or settlement.

The ideal candidate:
You will ideally have solid experience running your own varied caseload of and/or supporting others with high-value clinical negligence matters.

I am seeking a Quantity Surveyor who has completed either a BSc in Quantity Surveying or an MSc in Quantity Surveying (RICS accredited) with around 2 years + QS experience working for a firm of PQS / construction consultants.
You may have gained MRICS or be approaching taking the APC.
You will work have the opportunity to work on a good range of projects valued to £150m.
You will be involved in all aspects of the PQS role doing pre and post contract work.

THE COMPANY
My client is a busy established firm of construction consultants providing Quantity Surveying / Cost Management and some project management services.
They work on both new build and refurbishment projects across a range of sectors to include hotels, residential, retail, industrial, logistics, higher education, leisure.
They have two UK offices and will offer excellent prospects.
THE CANDIDATE
You will be a Quantity Surveyor who has completed your BSc in Quantity Surveying or the MSc in Quantity Surveying which must be RICS accredited from a known university.
You will need to have at least 2 years or more experience working as a Quantity Surveyor in the UK with either another firm of PQS or with a construction consultants.
