This role calls for a dynamic professional with expertise in UX design, AB testing, and Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO).

Embark on a pivotal role, leading project deliveries, driving website optimisation, CRO, and GA4.

Your data prowess will identify issues and shape analytically driven solutions.

Key Skills:

• Proven expertise in UX design, AB testing, and CRO.


• Technical SEO proficiency


• CMS experience, preferably Umbraco.


• Familiarity with analytical tools such as SEMrush and GA4.


• Successful track record in implementing effective website marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough website performance analysis for data-driven enhancements.


• Drive UX improvements through collaboration with UX designers and developers.


• Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimise user journeys and conversion paths.


• Utilise technical SEO knowledge for enhanced website visibility and ranking.


• Analyse and interpret data from analytics tools to inform marketing decisions.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align website strategies with broader marketing objectives.

What's Offered:

• Competitive salary: £32,000 to £35,000.
