Job Title: Sales & Marketing Manager 

Location: Bahrain 

Package: 800 - 1,000 BHD per month, plus company accommodation, transport allowance, & a company mobile phone 

I'm currently supporting a luxury hotel group, in Bahrain, with their search for a Sales & Marketing Manager. 

Ideally, we're seeking someone who can create outbound sales & marketing strategies/tactics across B2B and B2C channels, through building relationships with affiliates and businesses across the Kingdom.

You'll ultimately be tasked with driving an increase in footfall on a daily, weekly, & monthly basis. 

In short, the ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for driving growth and enhancing brand visibility through the right blend of experience, creativity, and drive.

A strong background in social media marketing, a valid driving license, and proven experience in managing corporate accounts are essential for success in this role.

Arabic speaking candidates will be strongly preferred.

What You'll Need: 

• Experience: Proven track record in sales and marketing luxury segment, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in Arabic is preferred but not mandatory.
  
  Excellent communication skills in English are required.
• Social Media Expertise: Extensive experience in managing social media platforms and campaigns.
  
  Ability to use social media for brand promotion, engagement, and driving sales.
• Driving License: Must possess a valid driving license.
  
  This role involves travel to meet clients and oversee marketing initiatives.
• Corporate Accounts Management: Demonstrated ability in managing and growing corporate accounts.
  
  Should be skilled in negotiation, customer relationship management, and strategic planning.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
