Job Title: Assistant Bar Manager

I'm currently supporting an amazing hotel group, with their search for an Assistant Bar Manager. 

This role would be positioned within one of their flagship venues, an incredibly boutique & luxury rooftop venue which operates on an all-day basis. 

The venue run daily business lunches, weekly brunches etc., and we're looking for someone who has prior experience operating within luxury, high-end venues.

This role will be reporting directly into the General Manager, and you'll be part of a very intimate team - with the wider FOH team consisting of 10. 

Ideally, we're looking for someone with a lot of personality & flair - someone WSET certified would be ideal too (as the beverage menus are carefully curated). 

Although this isn't necessary at this stage, ideally we're looking for someone who has a strong commercial understanding: budgets, P&Ls, forecasts etc.

but this can be taught & coached as part of your wider developpment. 

Candidates must have prior experience successfully managing/supervising bar teams in the GCC region.
