My client is seeking a Sales Manager / City Lead to manage operations in Germany, specifically overseeing the Berlin and Hamburg locations.

My client operates globally, catering to various businesses and entrepreneurs.

 

About the Role:

My client is seeking a Sales driven person based in Berlin, reporting to the General Manager.

This full-time role involves overseeing the Berlin and Hamburg sites, managing the local team, and spearheading sales, customer service, and operations.

The ideal candidate is a team player with robust management experience, thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:


  • Lead, mentor, and develop sales, community, and operations teams.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to enhance business performance.
  • Ensure smooth operations across Berlin branches alongside the Operations Manager.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and NPS results through local community managers.
  • Act as the point of contact for corporate matters between the German market and HQ.
  • Monitor budgets, KPIs, and market performance while working closely with various HQ stakeholders.
  • Foster the brand through PR efforts, events, and collaboration with the Marketing department.

Requirements:


  • Experience leading teams and managing business units (4+ years).
  • Background in sales and/or customer service (3+ years).
  • International work experience is advantageous.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, Economics, Hospitality, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in English and German.

  • Multifaceted professional with exposure to various fields.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical, organizational, and time-management abilities are essential.
  • Proficient in managing cross-functional teams and people-oriented tasks.
