Deputy Manager

Deputy Manager needed for a children's residential home in Peterborough.


Our client is looking for an experienced, dedicated, and compassionate Deputy Manager to support and lead within the residential home.


As a Manager you should be a confident and enthusiastic candidate whose focus is the care of the residents.

Shift Times and Pay Rate:



  • £24,500 - £28,000

  • 40 hours per Week


Requirements for you as the Deputy Manager:



  • Experience in a Senior Position

  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or Equivalent and willing to work towards a level 5.

  • Enhanced Child and Adults DBS

  • Good knowledge of legislation, guidance and best practice.

  • Be able to travel to Peterborough in your own vehicle.
