Job Title: Chief Steward – Luxury 5

Salary: Up to £50,000 + service charge

I am recruiting a Chief Steward to join this prestigious luxury 5

* hotel in London.

As Chief Stweard you will be an expert at the behind the scenes of the hotel.

Working closely with the Executive Chef you will ensure that the H&S are maintained to the highest standards by leading and managing a team.

About the position

• Ensure the highest standards of hygiene, Health & Safety are maintained
• Work closely with the Executive Chef
• Manage a team to deliver the highest level of standards
• Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and in working condition
• Carry out regular inspections

The successful candidate

• Experience as a Back of House Manager in the 4 or 5 star hotels or private members clubs
• Be able to inspire and motivate the team
• Great customer service and fantastic attention to detail
• Be an expert in the field with the highest level of standards
