Continuous Impovement Manager

Continuous Improvement Manager to join a leading FMCG & Personal Care company based in the Greater Cardiff area for a salary of up to £55,000 per annum with a fantastic benefits package.

This permanent position as Continuous Improvement Manager is working closely with key stakeholders on site, so there is no option to work from home.

This is a days based role working 08:00 - 16:30 Mon - Thurs and 08:00 - 13:00 on Friday.

This is truly an exciting role as a Continuous Improvement Manager, where they will be responsible for developing and implementing the CI strategy across the whole site.

The Continuous Improvement Manager will be educated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant discipline, supported by a background working within the FMCG industry.

Ideally this will be supported by a qualification in CI alongside significant project management experience.

Responsibilities of the Continuous Improvement Manager

  • Create and drive the overall CI strategy for the Site.

  • Identify sources of efficiency advances and implement action plans to deliver cost savings through effective use of project management and CI tools.

  • Support other departments in their projects/initiatives.

  • Promote and develop a CI culture throughout the Company.

  • Train, mentor, and guide team members on CI techniques.

  • Oversee Site performance monitoring.

  • Conduct workshops (5S, SMED, JAT, …)
