Senior Marketing Manager

Location: Glasgow

Salary: £50,000

I am working with a great client who has own multiple sites! They are an Italian restaurant brand who are looking for a Marketing Manager! This is a great role to grow with a company and fully indulge in all the marketing and exciting projects ahead!

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with digital marketing to create and deliver a brilliant marketing strategy
• Have a passion to create consumer driven, dynamic campaigns
• Be ideas-led and help define all creative aspects of our marketing activity
• Play a creative role in enhancing the current brands
• Develop local store marketing strategies
• Ensuring standards and branding are met in-store
• Passionately deliver creative events
• Be the lead for all print and radio marketing campaigns
• Create monthly competitor analysis – who’s best in class and how do we go one better
• We are looking for an ambitious, highly focused individual with a proven track record in a similar business/professional role in the food & drink, events, or venue sector

About you!

At least 4 years in a marketing manager role, ideally in a hospitality setting

• Passion for food, drink, and industry trends
• A track record of displaying original creative thinking supporting business objectives which translate into results
• A drive to constantly innovate
• Ability to manage your own diary
• Ability to work across multiple brands
• Up to date knowledge on social trends and popular culture
• Great organisational skills with strong attention to detail
• A positive, can-do attitude
• Ability to work successfully in a pressurised environment
• Photography and design skills desirable
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to build strong relationships and network
