Facilities Administration - Temp Contract


  • Facilities Administrator

  • £12-14 per hour (salary equivalent £22,620 - £27,300 per annum)

  • 6 month temporary contract starting ASAP

  • Role based in Chiswick Park - On-site Monday - Friday



Working for a global FMCG company with some of the best known brands we are looking for a Facilities Administrator to help support their amazing offices in Chiswick Park.



This role is working Monday to Friday on-site 8:30am - 4:30pm with a 45 min lunch break



The ideal candidate will be:-



  • Able to hit the ground running with a positive can-do attitude

  • First-Class Customer Service skill and understand the impact of first impressions

  • Have previous experience working within Facilities

  • Have excellent communication skills and use their own initiative

  • Be available to start work immediately and happy to commit to an initial 6 month contract

  • Be comfortable travelling to Chiswick Park



Duties will include:-



  • Assisting with Royal Mail - incoming/outgoing post

  • Working with the courier service with incoming/outgoing parcels

  • Ordering stationary and keeping track of stock

  • Setting up meeting rooms ensuring the Chocolatiers/Bakers products are displayed to their best

  • Assisting with office layout; moving desks, chairs, opening/closing and dividing panels

  • Service Hubs - checking/reporting printers that are not working, ensuring all copiers are topped up with paper, changing toners

  • Ensuring levels of packaging/laminating materials are readily available at all times
