Salaried GP near Bracknell - Tier 2 Sponsorship Available.

Are you a dedicated and compassionate GP seeking a rewarding opportunity in Bracknell? Located in the heart of Berkshire, Bracknell offers a vibrant community with excellent amenities and easy access to both urban and rural landscapes.

Our 5-site training practice is currently seeking a Salaried GP to join our team for up to 8 sessions per week.

We are a friendly and forward-thinking 5-site training practice looking after circa.

41,000 patients, we have 18 GPs (9 Partners and 9 Salaried GPs) as well as an extensive clinical team.

We aim to deliver excellence and innovation in primary care.

There is a strong ethos on education and team work, each Salaried GP is offer a GP Partner as a mentor.

Key Information:

• up to £11,000 per session


• Up to 8 sessions per week available


• Tier 2 sponsorship available


• Private healthcare offered


• Training practice status, providing opportunities for professional development and mentorship


• Birthday off in addition to annual leave entitlement


• Low home visit rate


• Protected daily clinician coffee break to support well-being and collaboration


• 7 weeks leave (6+1 annual and study leave)

Requirements:

• Full registration with the General Medical Council (GMC) and inclusion on the GP Register


• Relevant experience working as a General Practitioner in primary care settings


• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills


• Commitment to providing patient-centered care and promoting health equity


• Willingness to participate in on-call duties and flexible working arrangements as required
