About the Role:

As a Senior Floor Manager, the successful candidate will lead the operational aspects of the venue, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities include team management, customer service excellence, financial management, contribution to marketing strategies, health and safety compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills and Background:

• Previous senior managerial experience within a high-volume hospitality setting.
• Ideally you will sit an AGM level of a high-volume site.
• Strong wet led background!
• Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage operations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
