My client is an innovative food manufacturer who pride themselves on delivering high-quality, delicious food products.

They are seeking a Corporate Sales Manager to join their team.

The successful Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for kick starting the B2B side of the business and driving sales for the corporate events and celebrations market.

This is a brand-new position within the business, and they are looking for resilient, ambitious and hungry corporate sales managers who they can build the team around.

This is an exciting position, perfect for an ambitious Corporate Sales Manager who is looking to join a reputable business who can offer genuine progression opportunities.

Responsibilities Include:


  • Affiliate Partnership Development
  • Identify and engage potential corporate affiliates to expand company presence.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with affiliates, understanding their needs and aligning them with company objectives.
  • Implement effective affiliate sales strategies to meet customer needs and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that resonate with affiliates and drive sales.
  • Craft compelling propositions for the business-to-business market by fusing our product portfolio to the needs of businesses and their employees.
  • Develop pricing model to meet the market needs and business objectives.

The Ideal Corporate Sales Manager Candidate:


  • The candidate MUST have a proven experience within FMCG Sales.
  • Should have a strong network of live connections which can be utilised.
  • Must have strong negotiation skills and be able to demonstrate delivering results.
  • Must have experience influencing and negotiating with all level stakeholders and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Have a structured approach with a clear view on hitting targets.
