Summary of the Role of Maintenance Engineer:

The role includes both preventative and reactive maintenance to ensure the effectiveness and smooth running of the factory equipment.

The role requires both Mechanical and Electrical skills.

Where breakdowns occur, the Engineer will need to fault find and troubleshoot to diagnose and fix the fault.

Requirements of a successful Maintenance Engineer:

• HNC or Equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical Qualifications


• Competent school level qualifications in Maths and English


• Manufacturing Experience


• Strong Communication Skills
