An opportunity for a Yard Operative with a Driving + FLT license to join our Engineering client based in South Yorkshire, who have been in business for over 20 years specialising in Fabrication and Welding work for several bespoke customers from major steel-based business to several industry contractors.

Our client has already engaged in the delivery of a wide range of high-profile projects and on the back of this they have been recently awarded another major contract and thus are looking to add a Yard Operative with a Driving + FLT license on a Permanent Contract.

DUTIES FOR the role of Yard Operative:

• Loading/Unloading Wagons.


• Dealing with Deliveries.


• General Labouring.


• Some Cutting/Grinding/Drilling/Band Saw Work.

KEEN TO speak to Yard Operative :

• FLT Trained.


• UK based driving License.


• Able to use hand/power tools.


• Able to start ASAP.

THE OFFER for the role of Yard Operative :

• PAYE Rate of pay £11.44 an hour.


• Regular Days with midday Friday Finish.


• Overtime available, paid at ½ and Double time.


• Modern Manufacturing Worksop.
