We are working with  a very exciting business who are in the staffing / temp app space.

They have a very innovative approach that will mean an exciting growth journey over the next few years.

As they are in start-up mode, they are looking at a time / contacts / experience vs equity approach with someone who can join as a NED to help them scale and grow quickly within  a very competitive market.

Requirements:

• Experience as Founder, CEO or NED within start-up businesses
• A black book of contacts is required
• Possess the expertise and knowledge to help a start up business scale and grow
• Have extensive experience in investment and be able to open up partnerships
• Ability to use industry contacts to scale and grow the business
• Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
• Identify and evaluate market trends and opportunities, keeping the company at the forefront of industry developments.
• Can-do attitude with desire to build on the success of the business
• Flexible work pattern to fit the needs of the business
• Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation within the organisation
