The Role of General Manager

As General Manager you will take full responsibility for the daily operations of this wonderful restaurant.

You will set the standards for your team and the guest and be vital in excellence being the norm within the restaurant.

You will create the culture of your restaurant, striving for a collaborative and creative atmosphere where everyone’s opinion is considered, striving to make the restaurant the best it can be.

You will take ownership of the training and development of your team and this needs to be a part of the role that is constantly evolving so the restaurant continues to shine.

• Commercially and financially responsible for the business
• Constantly challenging your team- training, development, constant improvement
• Building a culture - collaborative and creative – retention
• Guest experience
• Payroll & HR Duties
• Due diligence and Auditing
• Building a superb relationship with all team members of the Restaurant
