The Role:

Great opportunity for a passionate and experienced General Manager to join an exciting new restaurant and cocktail bar in the heart of London.  We are looking for like-minded professionals to join a talented and growing team.

In this role you will be supporting the Operations Manager to build and develop a strong and engaged team, delivering exceptional guest service, and working alongside the kitchen team to ensure high quality standards are achieved.

Job Details:

• Be the face of the brand
• Excellent knowledge of wine, cocktails and service to maximise our guest journey
• Management of quality lead restaurants in London
• Ensure restaurant is impeccably presented and kept to a high standard
• Great understanding of wastage, stock management, costings, and GP
• Design and deliver regular training sessions for the wider team
• Approach hospitality with a friendly and curious mindset, looking for improvement in everything we do
• Maximise revenue by controlling the flow of customers and table management
• Enhance guest experience by nurturing relationships and celebrating our loyal members
• Maintain brand standards by checking the quality and consistency
• Strong team ethic, developing and inspiring your own team
• Be proud to give everyone a memorable experience
