Job Title: Head of Sales – Luxury Care Home - London

Salary: DoE

Location: London

 

My client is a prestigious luxury care home group located in London, dedicated to providing exceptional care and services to our members.

They are now looking for a Head of Sales to head up the sales team across the portfolio.

As the Head of Sales, you will be a key member of our leadership team, responsible for driving sales strategies and promoting our luxury care home to prospective members and their families.

 

About the position


  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to attract and retain residents, ensuring maximum occupancy levels.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to create compelling promotional materials, organize events, and enhance brand visibility.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for business growth and differentiation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, referral sources, and industry partners to drive referrals and admissions.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, analyse data, and provide regular reports to senior management on sales trends, conversion rates, and revenue projections.

 

The successful candidate


  • Proven experience in regional / cluster senior sales within the healthcare, hospitality, or luxury services industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team towards achieving targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements and market trends in the senior living or healthcare sector.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
