What you will do

• Checking that maintenance procedures are updated and followed
• Frequent building inspections to identify and resolve issues
• Performing maintenance procedures and fixing fixtures
• Being in contact with contractors
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety policies

What we need to see

• Relevant experience in maintenance in a similar industry
• Outgoing personality and team player
• Hands-on mentality and positive vibe
• Fluency in English
