Maintenance Engineer - Great Yarmouth

A leading food manufacturer in Great Yarmouth is hiring a Maintenance Engineer to work a 4 on, 4 off rotating day and night shift schedule.

In this role you will:

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on mechanical systems and food processing/packaging equipment


• Troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns and failures to minimize production downtime


• Adjust and optimize mechanical bias settings to enhance machine performance


• Use testing tools to analyze values like vibration, temperature, pressure, and PPM


• Identify opportunities to improve equipment operation through mechanical bias changes


• Maintain detailed maintenance logs and documentation


• Ensure all work meets safety standards and production protocols

The ideal candidate has 3+ years experience repairing mechanical systems in a manufacturing plant.

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills are a must.

4 on4 days and nights

£48,000 per annum
