Restaurant Size: 250 covers

Daily covers: up to 1500

Team Size: 50 staff

Contracted Hours: 48

Nearest Transport: Covent Garden

We are looking for an experienced Senior Head Chef to lead a large brigade of chefs in this super high volume successful brand in central London.

This is an amazing and already successful high-volume brand with all day dining and a global following.

They have created a new position for an experienced team leader to join them and improve and maintain standards in their kitchens.


The kitchens are large with cook lines, wok lines, steaming facilities for their famous dumplings and hot sections.

This key to this role is real leadership qualities.

Someone with some presence, motivational skills, the ability to manage teams, really drive standards across the kitchens.

Also to have an ability to think ahead especially when managing staff payroll, orders, compliance and new openings.

This would suit a strong head chef from a high-volume Asian restaurant group.
