My client are currently recruiting for a Head Chef to join their talented and enthusiastic team to be based at one of their large scale venues.

As Head Chef you will responsible for managing a large kitchen team along with creating menus and delivery high-end food to outstanding events. 

Key Responsibilities of a Head Chef

  • Plan and implement a catering operation that delivers a premium experience on match days and events
  • Oversee all aspects of food operation and production ensuring the highest standards of quality are met
  • Manage multiple third-party relationships and partnerships
  • Creative and experienced in office work, developing seasonal menus and bespoke menus and managing all kitchen financials
  • Producing new service styles and food concepts
  • Monthly stock takes  
  • Manage, recruit and mentor a large team of permanent and agency kitchen staff
  • To maintain a professional and friendly image with the client and customers

What do we require from you

  • Previous experience as a head chef within a stadia or large scale venue is essential
  • Ability to guide and manage a team 
  • Be a creative chef always thinking of new ideas  
  • Passionate about food 
  • Excellent communication skills  
  • Long term future in the business is wanted
