We are looking for an exceptional General Manager with high quality and high-volume experience!

My high-profile client is looking for a General Manager to look after their spectacular venue in Edinburgh.

The team go the extra mile to provide world-class service and we are looking for a real superstar with a quality, food led and high-volume background to lead them.

The General Manager role:

To run & manage the team in an effective manner, to ensure the success of the business by confirming the highest level of standards and services given.

To operate in accordance with company policy and objectives whilst maximizing profitability in line with budget and effective development of the business.

• Manage the food and beverage service to consistently meet high standards
• Effectively control the flow of guests and the interaction between the front and back-of-house throughout service
• Ensure team members maximize all sales opportunities
• Ensure team members consistently maintain brand standards and high levels of customer service
• Handle all guest inquiries in an appropriate and professional manner
• Manage team member schedules, stock, and wastage levels
