Job Title: Assistant Regional Chief Engineer
Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands
Salary: €4,500 - €5,000 gross per month

This well known, cool and authentic hotel in Amsterdam has a magnificent opportunity for an Assistant regional Chief Engineer. As an Assistant regional Chief Engineer, you will ensure quick reparations or planned maintenance is done to always ensure the best experience for their guests.

What will you do:

• Responsible for the maintenance of the buildings across the region
• Perform daily checks around the hotel
• Ensure operating and test fire alarm systems, sprinkler installations, electrical, plumbing and mechanical are working properly
• Ensure good relationships are built with internal and external customer
• Managing requests promptly, effectively, respectfully and with a caring attitude
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair mechanical equipment within the hotel
• Implement and direct all emergency programs

What you bring:

• Previous experience as a Shift Engineer or Assistant Engineer in a hotel or a similar setting
• Good understanding of plantroom equipment for example, HVAC systems, Fire alarm, and sprinkler installations
• Previous experience with BMS - PRIVA is preferrable
• Electrical, mechanical, and plumbing experience is desired
• You have a good understanding of different types of building materials.
