Our dedicated team is committed to working with children facing disabilities and additional needs, including autism, providing invaluable respite support.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Outreach Support Worker, you'll be instrumental in providing after-school respite care for children with disabilities and additional needs.


  • Your responsibilities will include
  • personal care, community outreach,
  • Teaching independent living skills.

Your role will be pivotal in shaping positive experiences and fostering growth in these children's lives.

Essential Requirements:


  • Willing to work towards a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care (Children) or equivalent.
  • Possession of a driving license and access to a vehicle
  • Previous experience working with children or applicable experience (not essential but advantageous)
  • Flexibility to adapt to varying needs and schedules

Flexible Shifts:


  • Weekdays during term time: from 3 pm to 6 pm for children
  • Weekends: anytime between 9 am and 6 pm
  • School holidays: anytime between 9 am and 6 pm
  • For those over 16: support may be needed from 9 am until 3 pm on weekdays

As the role is sessional, working hours and time slots can be flexible.
