My client are an established developer whom working on developments in and around the M25.

They have a solid long term history of delivering high spec developments and they have a large amount of pipeline

You will be responsible for:

* Managing all sub-contractors on site

* Monitoring and measuring all health and safety on site

* Working to a programme and making any adjustments when needed

* Being able to work of drawings

* Mentoring the junior site team

* Working to the companies ethics

* Tackling any obstacles with a 'can do' attitude and coming up with solutions to any problems
